Simply Doesn’t Work
I have never once been able to log in to this app. I’ve tried changing my password have a dozen times. I’ve tried logging in using the username vs the email. Nothing works, I get the same message every time, “Oops Please first re-verify your account using the link we just emailed to you.” Click the link and it brings me to the browser which works fine. Try and go back to the app and get the same error. Absolutely useless app.

Merchandise Orders Tab
The “Merchandise Orders” tab has stopped working. I’ve reported the issue more than once. The support response has been rather dismissive. Shameful they will not escalate this error report.
