Our White Oaks Self Storage App is the easiest and most secure way to Rent a new unit. See the pricing and unit availability in real time. Renting a new unit, paying your monthly bill, and the option to open the main entrance gate are just a few of the tasks your app will perform easily, all from your smartphone. Let us help you make life simpler by using our powerful application designed specifically for iPhones. New customers can rent a unit from start to finish with our app in just two to three minutes. It’s simple! Current customers use their unit number and their gate access code to login. If your gate/access code is unknown, please call our office during business hours at 217-546-5990 to request that information.
Key Features:
· Personal Gate Opener. A customer has their very own garage door opener when using this app. There is an open gate feature that allows the customer to pull up and open the gate with the app. No more rolling the window down and punching gate codes every time you pull up to our location. This feature varies from location to location.
· New customers can rent a unit and move in within minutes. Access code to gate will be provided on screen at the completion of the rental.
· Pay bill monthly with 2 clicks. Once a customer has logged in for the first time, they can log in with fingerprint authorization, making access to their information a snap.
· Easily sign a contract agreement and it will be immediately emailed to the customer.
· Current customers can rent a unit and move in even faster because the customer’s information is already auto-populated. This allows the customer to accept and proceed without re-typing their personal info.
· Easily see outstanding balance at any time.
· Profile tab allows customer to easily update personal information. Address, phone, email, etc.
