Disappointment
quality service and functionality are not the goal here, it comes across as if there are no funds and expertise to develop an app. It’s actually quite frustrating and a waste of time. Orange needs to do waaaay better with this.

Never updated
Orange is a huge multinational and they should not have such an embarrassing product bearing their name. It’s functionality is basic when it works which is almost never completely. Sometimes it will give you updates but it doesn’t work on WiFi but if you run out of data it won’t let you get into it to get more. It’s very buggy.
