Our market leading App allows Group Fitness Instructors to teach live and online classes like never before!
We have four unique Group Fitness formats and each workout is taught using our App. The App automates the boring stuff (saving huge amounts of time and money) and gives Instructors an easy and fast way to create workouts that are unique to them.
SH1FT Fitness Instructors are empowered to deliver engaging, personalised fitness classes where, when and how they want - with zero restrictions.
App features:
• The App structures the class for you and does the cueing and memorisation if you need it - saving you hours of prep work and taking the stress out of teaching so you can focus on the class in front of you and not what move is coming next.
• Unlimited access to EVERY workout from your chosen format/s on the SH1FT App for no extra cost.
• The ability to teach anywhere: you can deliver a class in any physical or virtual location that you wish.
• Freedom to get creative! Use the SH1FT App to create workout combinations that suit the unique needs of your class. Plus if you are a SQUAD member in multiple SH1FT Fitness formats you have the freedom to create cross format mash-ups using the App.
