Their support line never has anyone ready to answer. I spoke to a representative at the Centivo Insurance branch and they even said they were having trouble reaching someone at the Centivo Care branch. I emailed them 3 days ago for a call back and the email was not answered/nor did I receive a call back. My issue was that they said I could not access the Centivo Care telehealth services until February 1st despite my summary of benefits stating that my coverage began on January 1st. Disappointed with the lack of support especially since I had ran out of my medication and was looking for a fast/convenient way of speaking to a physician through their Centivo Care telehealth services.
