Doesn’t function
This thing has never really worked. Needs to be adjacent to Wi-Fi and by adjacent I mean 2 feet from the router. Which is not ideal or practical. When I call customer service they’re response was like “oh well. Sorry.” I set up the schedule, but then it inexplicable disappeared three weeks later. Three months in the on/off switch doesn’t work. It’s stuck on 24 degrees. None of the buttons work and I can’t access it through the app. Honestly, just the worst space heater I’ve ever owned. If you want a headache, buy this product. If you want a heater I would recommend literally ANY other product over this one.
