EMS Mobile App

The EMS Mobile App enables everyday users to securely and easily schedule meetings, rooms, learning spaces and workspaces with their mobile devices. This application is solely for customers of EMS Software, the leading provider of room and resource scheduling.

With the EMS Mobile App, you can access EMS from wherever you are — allowing you to:

• Create, view, change, or cancel existing bookings.
• Search for space based on your geolocation.
• Check in to a booking.
• View attendees' availability and invite them to join your meeting.
• End an in-progress booking early.
• Swipe or scan a QR code to book or check in to a room or workspace.

This business application is designed for use with EMS Software and is free to download. However, it does require a current EMS license (version 44.1), an EMS Platform Services URL and valid login in order to use it. Please contact your EMS Software system administrator for more information.

EMS Mobile App Update 9 contains significant quality and performance improvements along with new features.

- Ability to customize the app logo and the help link
- Calendar to view upcoming events on the list view
- Smart start time and end time defaults
