LOCKED OUT OF ACCOUNT
This app has the world’s stupidest password reset UX, and it means your account is NOT safe. Unlike literally every other web account on the internet, they do not use two-step verification. Instead they require your email, social, and account number. ALL THREE of those items are details that anyone could possess. I called to try to get my account unlocked and I was asked 1) which job I had when I created the account and 2) when the account was created. I do not know either of those answers. Now I’ve been told to go into a bank location to have it resolved, but that makes no sense because they will just ask me the same questions! CANVAS: I NEED YOU GUYS TO UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD RESET PROCESS TO A MODERN STANDARD UX SO I CAN REMOVE MY MONEY FROM YOUR BANK. VERIFICATION VIA EMAIL AND TEXT IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED TO SECURE ACCOUNTS. YOU ARE NOT OUT-THINKING GOOGLE.
