A stupid Bank App
I never used a bank with such stupid process. We accidentally appointed non-European colleague as account holder, and as a result (???) the account was deactivated. And we wanted to fix this issue by appoint another European colleague, and we were asked to close the account. Because the non- European account holder cannot appoint another account. This is the most stupid process I have never seen.
