The customer service is unhelpful. The prices are insane and they don’t give proper tracking on your orders. Use another app, this app is trash

Fed Up With Subpar Service
Prices are upcharged from what they are in the restaurant. And the delivery fee is a joke. You’d think that for paying so much for delivery fees (in comparison to competitor Korean delivery apps) the service would be improved. But what you’ll get are drivers who wait until the very last minute of the expected delivery time to deliver your food so it arrives ice cold. Somehow they also mess up orders on top of this, and using the support they’ll contact the driver who tells them they “misplaced” your order. You’ll then be given Shuttle credit of your order and a $2 apology credit instead of a refund to your card so you’re forced to use their overpriced app. This has happened far too many times so I’m finally leaving a review. Recommend using other Korean delivery apps instead. They may be initially hard to understand but they accept foreign cards, are cheaper, faster, and you’ll have an overall better experience in the long run.
