Info Feed: A list of all recent interactions between yourself and Bestmed. Including records of interactions with contact centre agents, recent statements, claims and pre-authorisations.
Benefits & Savings: Easy to read information regarding your benefit and savings balances that are accessible to view in real-time.
Policy Information: Information regarding your personal policy as well as the Scheme rules.
Submit a query: Submit a query relating to a document in your feed or a general enquiry which will be directly routed to one of our contact centre agents or nurses to assist you further.
Network Healthcare Provider Search: Using GPS location you are able to find family practitioners or specialists close to you. You are also able to search by area.
Submit Claims: Simply snap an image of the invoice and receipt via the app using your phone’s camera, then submit to Bestmed for effective processing.
Savings refunds: Do you have a positive savings balance? You can process your own refunds of any claim shortfalls from your savings. Validated refunds will be automatically paid at our next payment run.
