Waste of time
I was prompted to download and use this app when I received a prepaid debit card as a reward from my electric company. Activating the card itself was very easy. However, getting the card to show up in this app has proved impossible despite probably a dozen attempts. I created an account. I received an email confirming the creation of the account. I’m logged into the account in the app. I have tried logging out and back in. I have tried it all so many times to no avail. And after all of this, I discovered I could easily add the card to my Apple Wallet app without needing this application at all. Complete waste of my time and an awful overall experience. I do not recommend this app, nor do I understand what purpose it serves when it’s so easy to add the prepaid card to my phone’s wallet without it.
