This is app is TRASH!
The advisors are great, but the support behind this app really is not there. Support claims that they will get back to you within 24 hours but they don’t and sometimes the app just uses your credits even when there’s an unsuccessful connection with an advisor. It’s been three days since I requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything back from support. Also don’t bother to email them because the email link that they provide in their frequently asked questions doesn’t even work. I am trying another app called Astrotalk. Everyone should try it. That app is REALLY good. If only my favorite advisor from this app will move over to that app then I will be happy. If I ever do get my refund back, I’m deleting this app and NEVER returning. Take it for me your money is better used elsewhere.
