For example, if your recipe calls for 200 g or 7 oz of flour you can convert to cups of tea and so do not need to have a weight balance.
Also can convert to glass, tablespoon, teaspoon and vice versa.

Great concept with room for improvement
The concept of this app is exactly what I was looking for. I also love the simplicity of it. So I happily paid for the chef’s version. However, now that there are so many more options I have to constantly scroll left or right to find what I’d like to convert. That is very annoying and user unfriendly. How about this simple improvement: allow us to select favorites and give us the option to hide the rest. That alone would be a gigantic improvement.

I upgraded to the Chef version, I got more ingredients to chose from, mostly non usable, but now I have to scroll way left or way right, wish it lets me customize, and only have a selection of the ingredients I use it for, such as water and flour only. App is accurate, as far as water and flour.
