Scheduled ride did not show up
I booked with 001 today to get to a business meeting with a ride scheduled for 14:15 during breakfast. The driver was on the other side of Oxford at the time. At 14:15 I was outside, but the driver was not there, and I saw that he was still at the same address. Now I’ll be late for my meeting. Won’t be using 001 ever again, and will tell everyone else not to use them too!

Slow and unresponsive
Drivers will not answer. Location services does not operate well enough for drivers to find you. Not enough divers to meet demand which causes long delays.
