Too basic features
The app is pretty outdated. It needs so many features that other banks provide. As a client, I have to contact some bank employee to make a transfer. That’s something that should be done through the app. Way easier and faster than emailing someone who is mostly on vacation or takes forever to reply.

No Support
This app worked flawlessly for a few years but since about two years ago I haven’t been able to use it because it is unable to verify my login credentials. Using the same credentials I have no trouble logging in using the web from my iPhone, laptop or a desktop. I have deleted and reinstalled this app about a dozen times, changed my credentials several times but the result is the same. My financial institution is unable to help because the application provider is not offering any support by investigating the underlying issue. I am extremely disappointed in the support provided by the vendor that sells this app to small financial institutions without providing any support to customers who use this app.
