Great service
Great service so far! It could be five stars with just a few few little tweaks. One of the main ones is being able to send group text messages. I’ve been satisfied with the call quality and the simplicity of the platform. I’ve started using Sona AI and it’s moving in the right direction. I’m excited to see the improvements over the next year. One thing I don’t like is how the billing works. It could be much more straightforward rather than being billed in credits instead of actions.

There is zero customer service
They don’t have any live agents. They hide behind emails and offer zero customer service and zero help with any issue that you have. Also text messaging does not work as soon as you sign up so now we have a business phone that we can’t text our customers back on which is absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor save the hassle and don’t use them.
