Can’t redeem rewards
I like their food decently enough and the rewards in the app are nice, but as of a month ago every time I try to redeem a reward at checkout I get the error “error validating basket”

Dishonest
I received an email about a free slice of Signature Velvet Taco Red Velvet cake for my birthday, and there is nowhere to redeem it. The back door menu and membership to the back door menu no longer exists. My card no longer works on my husband’s account, due to the membership rule changes, which means we have to maintain separate taco accounts, or I delete mine, which is tedious. The choice to switch to a single card system negatively impacts multiperson households. Plus I really was looking forward to that slice of cake.
