How does Rep Rise work?
Our app uses ARKit, a cutting-edge technology developed by Apple, to track the movements of your face during push-ups. ARKit uses the front-facing camera on your phone to detect your face's movements, and then applies advanced algorithms to accurately count each push-up you perform.
When using our app, you can simply place your phone on the ground in front of you and begin your push-ups. The app will immediately start tracking your movements, and display a real-time count of each rep on your phone's screen. This means that you can focus on your workout without having to worry about keeping track of your reps manually.
The app is able to detect when you perform a full push-up and when you lower yourself back down to the starting position, ensuring that each rep is accurately counted. And if you need to pause during your workout, the app will automatically pause the rep count and resume tracking when you begin again.

Touchless counting:
Use your phone as an exercise rep counter with the help of the proximity sensor located next to the front facing camera. Place the phone on the floor and do push-ups on top of your phone. The sensor will track your movement and will only go up when you do a full push-up.
Touchscreen counting:
iPads and some iPhones that don't support the proximity sensor can use their touchscreen for counting and tracking of each exercise rep. Note this option is also available for devices who support the proximity sensor. Use the settings to change this option as desired.
Face motion counting:
For devices with face motion enabled front facing camera, Rep Rise uses it to count and register each exercise rep. The camera will detect your movement and count the reps accurately.
Challenges:
Set a goal and get started! Whether it's 30, 100, or 500 reps, there's a challenge for every fitness level. The challenges are algorithmic-based and designed to be challenging, fun, and help you get stronger. Can you complete them all?
Workouts:
Create your own workouts with sets, reps, and rest time. (Available only in the Pro version) You can create as many workouts as you like and categorize them by difficulty. Get creative with your workout designs and tackle them with ferocity!
Statistics:
All of your exercise data is saved locally on your device, and can be backed up to your private iCloud account (Available only in the Pro version) or stored on your device's storage. Track your progress and monitor your improvement on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
