Great until you need help
I’ve used alto for a few years and it is convenient. However, I need to change my email address and they require a verification code and the code never shows up in my texts. I have no way to access the email address to verify the code that way. I tried calling, was put on hold for 40 minutes, given a survey, and then was hung up on. So yeah, it’s good until you actually need to talk to someone and then you are screwed because it’s probably all done electronically now and an AI bot can’t help you.

App is nice but not customer service
One of the medication I have was not sealed. I contacted to have it replaced as I am not comfortable to inject something in my body that is not sealed! They rejected my request and asked me to do a refill instead. Why do I have to pay for your error? Ridiculous.
