doctorgram App is designed to work with doctorgram MD. The combination of both App provides vital signs monitoring services to home care patient with connectivity to their assigned healthcare provider. The Apps allow upload of vital sign data from a set of monitoring devices via Bluetooth, which ensure the accuracy of the vital data. The healthcare provider also has the ability to customize monitoring range for the specific patient condition in order to receive appropriate notification. Users can also use doctorgram to view their vital data and save them to Apple Health.

So far no good
I don’t think any of the monitoring devices I own are currently blue tooth enabled. My CPAP is actually WiFi enabled to the manufacturer and my doctor can download the information. But! This app WILL allow me to manually keep track of measurements I take so I can report them to my doctor all except for Blood Glucose! Looks like my doctor will get a spreadsheet sent after all.
