From an app standpoint, it works well. From a customer service perspective this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. For 2 weeks, I’ve been in contact via What’s App and Sykes messaging system. The AI bot responds with a message that states an agent will contact you shortly. However no one ever responds. After repeated attempts, I finally found a number to call. I called the number and spoke to an agent who then transfers me to the appropriate department. I’m then placed on hold, where the last attempt was over an hour. So after 2 plus weeks and multiple attempts to resolve my issue, nothing. Absolutely horrible.

No access to app
There is no way to use or contact the app without a listed booking. Booked through airB&B so our booking is not showing up. Useless
