Useless
I want to make an appointment with my primary care provider. So I tap on “make an appointment with a provider you’ve seen before”. I am prompted to choose what I need to be seen for. The options are all highly specialized things like dermatology and lab appointments. There is no option for a basic office visit. I have only been seen by one provider before and she doesn’t even offer these options. So I go to try making an appointment with a provider I haven’t seen before. Here, primary care is an option. I tap on it. I am prompted with an insanely long list of available providers, and somehow, STILL, my doctor is not on this list. This app is clunky at best and disorienting at worst. There are 1500 menu options with no clear explanation as to what they actually do. I can’t find the information I need, and I certainly can’t set up a simple generic doctor visit. It has been like this for years and they clearly have no intention of ever fixing it. Genuinely thinking of finding a new healthcare group to move to because it should not be this difficult just to set up a basic appointment.

We aren’t clinicians
None of the nested sections make sense to non clinicians. Just a hodge podge of menus with random info.
