Good, not great
The app is good, but the glaring missing features on a mobile device. Why can’t I rate applicants on a mobile device? I can reject them easily enough. This is a simple feature. As a manager, it’s one of the most needed features, and simplistic. Rating when you get an applicant, then the recruiter can focus on the higher ranking applicants. The app also needs to handle sending emails from the app, just like on the web, so others can see the responses. Sending emails from your mobile mail app and then having to manually create comments is tedious and unnecessary. Why can’t I change the job board statuses? Scroll down while viewing an applicant removes the top menus? There’s lots of promise and the UI is great. The web version hits the mark. Just need to bring a few features to the mobile app.
