انطلاقا من حرص وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل على مواكبة التطور في مجال تقنية المعلومات وحرصا منها على توفير أيسر السبل في تقديم خدماتها للمواطنين من خلال استخدام تكنولوجيا الانترنت لإنجاز المعاملات بشكل الكتروني دون الحاجة لمراجعة الجهة توفيرا للجهد والوقت. فقد قامت الوزاره بتقديم هذا التطبيق الخاص بتوفير خدمة حجز الصالات التابعة لها من خلال الهواتف الذكية بشكل يتيح للمواطن التعرف على مواصفات الصالات من خلال الصور الفوتوغرافية وأرقام هواتفهم المرفقة في التطبيق وأيضا الاطلاع على التواريخ المتاحة ليتمكن المواطن من اختيار ما يناسبه ويتم الحجز بدفع الرسوم باستخدام خدمة الكي نت أينما كنت
