Put Your Money Elsewhere
This is by far the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Not surprising coming from the single worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I’ve moved all of the account I control to other banks but am forced to continue to use USB for another account I can’t move. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS “BANK”!!

Remote deposit doesn’t work well
More often than not, the app fails to detect the endorsement on the back of the check even though it has been endorsed. Time to update the app!
