Good calculators, infographics out of date
The calculators available are helpful for any real estate agent wanting to graphically show their clients what to expect as a seller or as a buyer. The infographics offered through their “Premium” membership are woefully out of date. Sometimes as much as two years. Paying for the premium membership might be a waste of your money, which is too bad, as the content could be good, if they respected their clients enough to keep it up to date.

This is absolutely by far the best app in the real estate industry. This is the only tool a real estate agent would ever need especially now with the three new calculators coming out. This App will absolutely make real estate agents lives so much easier.
