Really bad UI
I’d give less than one star if I could. Navigation, data persistence, applying coupons, ability to order food effectively, bread crumbs from one page to the next are really disjointed. All of these things clashing together causes any given user to easily waste 20 minutes going back and forth trying to find products, apply to order, etc. As an experienced quality professional, I can confidently say that it appears as though the developers cut corners on quality checks to release this less than friendly, sub-functional, UI experience. When reporting in a post like this, I’d usually go through software and reproduce a play by play to give a clearer picture for reading. But for this app, there’s so much wrong going on they’d have to pay me for quality check. I’ll still eat Riko’s Pizza, but I’m inclined to order by call instead.
