Update to an earlier post

“It use to be a great device and app, when it worked! Now you just get it asking for a PASSWORD which was never requested or set-up in the past.” UPDATE: Try this, it worked for me. 1) Turn on your RDX2 PRO. 2) Open the app and connect to the charger. It will request a password and the keyboard for entering one blocks you from being able to get into Settings in the app. 3) Now, turn off the charger while leaving the app open. The keyboard will disappear allowing you to go to Settings. Tap on Change Password. Now enter a 4 digit number PIN. Confirm that again and hit OK. 4) Close the app. 5) Turn on your charger 6) Open the app and connect to the charger. 7) Now when it asks for a password enter the 4 digit PIN. The app should fully open allowing you to use it’s full features. I hope this works for you. It shouldn’t be this difficult, it use to work seamlessly.
