Glitchy and slow
The entire app is not very user friendly and will often take forever to load. Often you will need to totally input the URL info as it “forgets” overnight and never has been able to open with your fingerprint (even though it asks if you would like to). The call from within the app feature works but isn’t smart enough to fill in the correct info to log the call when done. I wish my company would use a different app but it sounds like we are stuck with this waste of time.
