About TheGreenBow VPN Client
It allows to open and configure VPN tunnels on smartphones or tablets, with any VPN gateway on the market. It enables secure remote connections to the enterprise information system.
TheGreenBow VPN Client allows to manage simple VPN configurations. Advanced VPN Configurations can be easily imported from TheGreenBow VPN Client for macOS or Windows.
TheGreenBow VPN Client can manage VPN configurations freely. To mount VPN tunnels you need to buy an auto-renewing subscription In-App purchase that costs $9.99 for 1 year.
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew after one year unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchases the subscription, where applicable.

Didn’t work for me
Might work for others, but I couldn’t get IKE 2 phase 1 to complete. No advanced settings that would let me explicitly turn on/off options, etc so I have a proposal mismatch and no way to correct. Happy to pay for an app that works, but an annual subscription fee for an app that hasn’t been updated in 9 months or more is another issue. Not going to invest more time in this, other than trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription (says in account settings, but not sure if they mean at greenbow, Apple,etc).
