App not working

When I first got the app it was working, now for last 3 months it doesn’t work anymore. Please update or fix it so I can keep using it better than going to the website. Thanks

Very Useful

It’s really easy to navigate through the app vs having to use the web. I love that we can schedule special pickups from the app; very handy when doing renovations. I do wish we could cancel a special request from the app, for those times when something derails you, after business hours, and the item won’t make it to the curb.
