Cheating on prices
I’ve been a lifelong customer of Farm and Fleet in Urbana. I live within a 2 minute drive or short walk so I’m a frequent shopper there. I also take my van to the automotive shop for nearly every repair or new tires. Recently I bought 2 similar turtleneck sweaters that were both on clearance, and had them picked up. My bill reflects a different clearance price for each sweater, although the original price is the same for both items. I assumed it was a clerical error so I called customer service to ask for a refund or even store credit for the amount I overpaid. The reply I got was “Call Corporate”. Well, I plan to do just that, but I will NOT shop at the local store again due to the lack of customer service. One more unhappy customer who has to go somewhere else for satisfaction!

Great except for one flaw
App developers need to put a white background on the QR code so that the scanners can read it when a phone is set to the dark setting. It’s a real pain for the people working the drive-through. It would be nice if you could fix that.
