Through a series of short, customized, 15-minute “no-sweat workouts,” WorkFit introduces a conditioning program designed to disrupt the negative effects of extended sitting, writing, or computer work in the workplace.
Utilizing the WorkFit companion app, employees reserve their WorkFit training session right from their desk. Upon reservation they will receive a personal code to activate WorkFit.
Employees perform a series of movements without having to change their work clothes. Simply enter the kiosk and answer a few questions, and get ready to experience the rejuvenating effects of WorkFit!
