Developed by The Ottawa Hospital mHealth Lab (www.ottawamhealth.ca) in partnership with the University Health Network Multi-Organ Transplant team. The Multi-Organ Transplant Program (MOT) at the University Health Network (UHN) is the largest and most comprehensive transplant program in Canada.
