Do not use
I am a business owner who used Flowlu for five years. Their customer service is terrible. They only offer an AI Chatbot that’s usually wrong, or email. You can’t talk to someone on the phone who can fix your problem in real time. And when they email, they only send you one step at a time. They purposefully slow-walk the customer support over email because they want you to get frustrated and give up and pay an extra fee to talk to someone on the phone. It’s unethical and wrong. There are plenty of other companies you can use. I tell all of my clients now not to use Flowlu.

Sleek and powerful
I was looking for a low-friction project system and customer database. After using Flowlu for about 18 months I can say I found it. Flowlu is adaptable and flexible to fit my specific needs, and powerful enough to handle challenging situations. I have not yet lost any data (including videos, photos, other files) uploaded from mobile devices. This has happened with other platforms. The constant development and focus on making it easier for the user is welcome. Some other platforms keep adding features - just complicating for the user. Flowlu is dependable, fast and flexible. It’s perfect for my business needs. I’ve saved so much time and frustration by using it.
