Still waiting for payment
(I rated five stars so it can be seen) I joined this panel months ago and haven’t received a survey until may 2. They say it takes 3 days for payment. I’m still waiting for the payment for the survey I took on may 2. I contacted customer service twice and haven’t received a response. I don’t usually count on this app since I’m lucky if I only get one survey, which I have, but it would be nice to finally be rewarded for my time!

Signed up 3 months ago yet no surveys
Signed up over 3 months ago and never been sent not one survey. Reached out to customer service and was provided with a generic response but no explanation of why I haven’t been sent any surveys nor to when. Very disappointing to discover that this marketing company doesn’t live up to expectations. I will be deactivating my account as Gauge has shown absolutely no interest in fulfilling their end of their bargain and providing surveys. Good riddance and thanks for nothing. Onward to better survey marketing companies that fulfil their obligations.
