Worthless
The app does not let you view any medication past orders. You can’t message the pharmacy or do anything advertised in the app. It needs a whole lot of work. I don’t even know if my meds shipped or they are even processing my prescription. Not at all happy with it.

App not useful
Downloaded their app to save time waiting on hold. The app let me order my meds but failed to provide the status of my orders. The app indicates my order is in progress for 3 meds even though 2 arrived by mail over a week ago. Had to end up calling anyways and waiting on hold to find out that my final med is enroute by US mail. Staff at UC are always polite and helpful. The app still needs a lot of work.

I called in my prescription and they called me back within two hours and it was ready for pick up. Excellent

Awful service
Been over a week since they took over my prescription and sent it out of state before sending it to me. It’s now 5 states over and I live in the same state as them. I could of had this the day I went to the doctor but they pushed me into this service saying how easy it is to use. Can’t get through to a person. Can’t get my meds. Useless.
