Waste of Time
Listed symptoms for the visit. Spoke to the provider who did not listen to me at all. She took my past medical information and then told me she is unable to help me because she can not do a physical exam to see inside my ear. That I will need to go to Urgent care. How do you advertise as a primary care provider?

Awful
The provider was beyond incompetent. Then she had her nurse call me to badger me into not getting a second opinion. Bad bad bad
