Absolute worst app for managing work orders. I’ve seen bad but this takes the cake. Some employees quit because of the technical issues, slow syncing, and constant updates with marginal improvements.

Design
Whoever designed this thing used to actually try and use it for once on an iPhone, the new addition of the AI search bought is in the way of the apply button. You still have to move your screen to get to the apply button. And nothing actually fits in your screen. You have to move it around to work within this app. This could be so much more user-friendly. With somebody who knew what they were doing or actually had to use it.
