The ACTIVATE study will investigate whether “vaginal seeding” (exposing babies born by C-section to their mother’s vaginal fluids which contain potentially beneficial bacteria) right after birth will lower the risk of developing positive allergy tests at one year of age. More Information about the ACTIVATE study can be found at www.ActivateStudy.org.
