Functional but buggy
The app works to see the bill amount and related information. It also allows to submit complaints/requests. The buggy part is that scrolling doesn’t work in outages tab. If the list of power outages area is bigger than the screen, I can’t scroll down to see everything. Fixing this would be great. If would also be good if the app could send a notification a day before a planned outage in my area, specially the monthly maintenance ones, and also list the days/time for outages. Right now none of this information is available.

Payment option
The app is user friendly but while making the bill payment I was charged Rs5.90 more than the bill. I could have gone and paid at Bangaloreone.
