New security measure
Well, I understand the importance of having extra security. I do not appreciate having to get a phone call from the automated service every single time I want to log into my bank account. When I log into my bank account, I don’t always have access to my cellular device. It’s a complete inconvenience to the point where I’m gonna start utilizing my U.S. Bank account more instead. I’ve shared my concerns with the bankers. But it has fallen on deaf ears.

Most recent update = Bad
The app used to be generally helpful. The most recent update has too many bugs. The app notification count does not reliably go away after checking notices. When scrolling through the list of account transactions, if you navigate away from the app and then come back to it, you lose your place in the list and it jumps back up to the top of the list. Makes reconciling awkward and difficult at best.
