Littsint EN

The Littsint app have been developed by Steinar Sunde, specialist psychologist and cognitive therapist at the Family Counselling Centre in Molde, with support from the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs.

Littsint is a self-help tool for parents who want to master anger towards their children better. The material builds on experiences from sessions with 800 parents who wanted help to improve how they manage anger.
