About Scribl
All paid titles feature Scribl's CrowdPricing ($CP), where prices are set by the fans. If you're looking for self-published audiobooks, Scribl has you covered.
Use Scribl's Story Elements to find the fiction or true stories you'll love. Search by Elements that define the main character, like gender or religion. Search by Elements that define the setting, like time period, or use of magic or technology. Search by Elements that define the mood of the book, like mystery, humor, and romance. Combine these in any way you want to define your own genres and view only the books that match your preferences.
We have recently added Knowledge Books. These are nonfiction books on the topics our self-publishing authors know well.
LIMITATIONS WITH THE CURRENT VERSION
Only supports playing audiobooks (not yet ebooks) from your Scribl library. You can currently only add titles to your library at Scribl.com. It is not yet possible to add titles to your library from within the app.
Does not yet support reading your ebooks or listening to our Podiobook titles, but those will both be coming soon.

Yet another useless app
Every attempt at downloading is met with “network issue“. Which is kinda interesting seeing as how I’m connected to that World Wide Web thing, on the Scribl.com website and interacting with THAT very website by searching and finding the podcast I’m looking for. Only good thing I can see is Apple doesn’t get the blame. This time. Oh yeah, the only way to listen on the app is to access the website, put something in your library, and abracadabra it’s available in the app. Except, WHAT’S THE POINT OF THE APP IF YOU HAVE TO USE A BROWSER?

Glitched Disappoinment
I've been listening to an audiobook series on anoy app and they didn't have the last three books. This app does have them, for free, but the audio was just a distorted, garbled mess for a couple of the books I tried to download and play. I was excited to test out the search feature, as the ads make a bold claim for the sorts of stories you can find, but that hardly matters if I can't listen.
