Order not delivered
I placed an order days ago and it was supposed to be delivered this morning says delivered not to the address given never received
Shame, Shame,Shame.
Payment card issue
Having placed a previous order, my debit card expired, I was informed my payment did not go through, I updated the expiration date. The next order…my card was not automatically updated, so I tried to update the expiration date, that was not possible, so I deleted the card and tried to update the information again, I was greeted with ‘ you do not have any cards to update’ so now I have an order placed and no card registered. This is not a very well thought out system.
