The bk Group ServiceCenter APP (bk.SC-APP) is exclusively designed for registered users of the bk.SC to easily open tickets and to have direct access to personal telephone support by 1-click using smartphones.
Before using the APP, it is mandatory to register and assign the APP to a location. The registering process requires access to the bk.SC as well as a login. The bk Group ServiceCenter is a communication and information portal for bk Group customers.
The instruction manual for the registration process is available only for registered bk.SC users in the bk.SC. For further information please call your Project Manager.
After the registration, users can easily open tickets, attach pictures to the tickets, monitor the ticket workflow and ticket status.
Furthermore the APP enables the user to check when the next regular service technician visit is planned.
