Christmas Ruined
As a result of a parcel pending locker being on the property of my apartment complex, I now have no Christmas presents to give my family. I ordered 6 gifts in total, and I received 2 of them. Because of a storing fee system, when you don’t pickup your package within 3 days, I was charged $6 for picking my packages up a day late. And I somehow never received the 4 packages I was expecting afterwards. Because I didn’t have a credit card on file, parcel pending did not accept the package in their locker and I have not a clue where all of my packages could possibly be. They’re not on the property of my apartment. They’re not in any of the lockers. Only possible answer is Amazon had to keep them because the lockers would not open for them.

Still cannot add card
Buggy nightmare app, way too expensive, and it's going to expire before I can add a card and charge me $20 again to get a new account. All this hassle and money just so I can get my mail.
