Password reset process seems broken
Everything was fine before I got logged out of the app. When attempting to reset my password for the past 2 days I have not yet received the password reset email. I checked spam folder. Would appreciate some assistance with getting this resolved and be able to log into my account once more. Thanks

Worse than you would imagine
Lost items, many damaged items, sent us other people’s items, unresponsive support, constant delays, over billed repeatedly, delivered at 6am on Sunday and knocked until we woke up even though they were paid in advance and told to leave the box at the door. They’ll just tell you that any problem is your fault and you should be happy you get to use their service. Also the app is worthless.
