difficulty cancelling
The product does what it says but it is hard to cancel. My son no longer uses it and I can’t figure out how to cancel. The app is not fully supported anymore and it’s not showing up in the apple account I used to set it up for me to cancel that way, meanwhile I was just charged for a service my son hasn’t used in over a year for another entire year because I can’t figure out the cancellation. I would really appreciate my $99 refunded if possible. Thank you.

Good app
The app is great and I love it but the ball lasts for less then a year and when you buy it there’s nothing that says you can’t fix it
